Google on Wednesday updated its Inbox app which help users find their queries much faster. With the update, your Inbox now lists exactly whatever you’re looking for be it your shipping tracking number, hotel reservations or any other piece of information.
“Starting today, Inbox includes a number of improvements to help you find answers even faster. Now when you’re searching for a frequent flyer number or shipping status (for example), Inbox will show it at the top of search results–no more digging through individual emails to find what you’re looking for,” wrote Google’s product manager Govind Kaushal wrote in a blog post.
Google believes that with the update, users won’t need to go through their entire Inbox because of improvements made in search ranking algorithms. The update will soon be rolling out for all users, both in the Inbox app for Android as well iOS on the web.
