Namotel Acche Din is an Android smartphone that costs Rs 2,999 but is being offered at a much lower price. (PTI)

Madhava Reddy claims to marketing the world’s cheapest smartphone, Namotel Acche Din at Rs 99.

The Android Lollipop smartphone sports a quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, daul-SIM 3G connectivity, 2 MP camera, 4-inch screen and 1,325 mAh battery.

The smartphone will be available for booking from May 17th to May 25, 2016.

The website of the company,, shows that the price has been slashed from Rs 2,999 to Rs 99 and that the smartphone is available on cash-on-delivery basis.

It also adds that nominal delivery charges will be levied.
