HMD Global-promoted Nokia launched the Nokia 6 smartphone in China last month and has seen the handset sell like hot cakes. The company was forced to restock the smartphone three times with e-commerce site JD.com due to the high demand.

The new Nokia 6 smartphone is up for sale on the e-commerce site, eBay.in. But you should be wary of ordering one just yet.

For one, there is nothing official about the listed product as Nokia is yet to announce its launch in India. Also, the product is listed at Rs 32,440, almost twice the price of what it costs in China. HMD Global had launched Nokia 6 last month at about Rs.17,000 in China (CNY 1699).

Moreover, HMD Global, which own Nokia, said the smartphone was only for the Chinese market. A reseller on eBay claims that the phone will only be delivered 25 days after the booking.

In its first flash sale, the Nokia 6 smartphone reportedly went out of stock in a minute. In the meanwhile, the Nokia 6 second flash sale saw 1.4 million registrations.
