Inching closer to the launch of OnePlus 3, more revelations are coming to light. The latest report has spotted a filing by the company to register Dash Charging technology. This could be an alternative charging technology for faster battery refueling alternative to Qualcomm’s QuickCharge and Samsung’s Fast Charging.
Even though the OnePlus 2 sported the Snapdragon 810 capable of Fast Charging the company gave it a miss and now, seems to have a system of its own to solve the issue of consumers being stuck to power banks and wall chargers.
Other reports reveal that the company’s upcoming flagship will cost roughly the same as their previous ones -- just over Rs 20,000 -- and are unlikely to be sold by any other method than the Flash sale model.
