Samsung’s next device is a 7-inch ‘Made in India’ tablet with 1.5GB RAM

Samsung is expected to launch a new made-in-India 7-inch tablet with 1.5GB RAM on Wednesday.

Samsung is expected to launch a new made-in-India 7-inch tablet with 1.5GB RAM on Wednesday.

According to a TOI report, the tablet will come with a 1.5GB RAM, 7-inch display with 1280x800 pixels, five-megapixel rear and two-megapixel camera. The tablet is expected to come with a quad-core 1.3GHz processor and 8GB of in-built storage which can be further expanded via microSD card.

The company also claims that the rear camera of the tablet is capable of recording HD videos. The tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and microUSB as connectivity options. Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) packs a 4,000 mAh battery and comes with a Kids Mode.
