Samsung has finally launched one of its expensive phablets with dual-SIM ability in India at Rs. 51,400 and the variant comes with 32 GB of internal memory.

The new phone, which can be bought at Samsung’s India eStore, comes with a 5.7-inch quadHD display with a pixel density of 515ppi and is powered by proprietary octa-core Exynos 7420 processor along with a 4GB DDR4 RAM.

The new variant, running Android Lollipop and first spotted in Philippines last year in August, has a 16-megapixel rear camera and a five-megapixel front camera. It draws power from a 3,000 mAH battery.

However, with the launch of the new variant, the single-SIM version has now seen a price cut. Samsung is now retailing the single-SIM variant at Rs. 47,900 for the 32GB, and Rs. 53,900 for the 64GB model on the company’s official store.

Originally, the Note 5 was launched at a price tag of Rs. 53,900 for the 32GB variant, and Rs. 59,900 for the 64GB variant in September last year. The 64GB variant of the Galaxy Note 5 Dual SIM smartphone is also due to launch in India soon, and is expected to bear a Rs. 57,400 price tag.
