Xiaomi is unveiling its first drone on May 25. Similar to the Mi 5, videos and pictures of the drone have been leaked leading up to the launch.

Xiaomi is already known to manufacture air purifiers, WiFi routers, rice cookers and Android TV units besides their MIUI smartphones and accessories.

The company’s global VP, Hugo Barra has also shared two teasers of the drone launch. The top-end model of the Xiaomi Drone is expected to be priced as high as CNY 3,999 (~ Rs. 40,000). For concrete details, tune into the launch event is scheduled for May 25 at 4.30pm IST.
