got a shock of his life when he discovered that his Kindle Fire had shipped with his username and password all entered and signed in, ready to start purchasing content.
Yes, it surely is can be a privacy scare for many. Worse, what if he wished gift a Fire to someone else? Thankfully Amazon allows you to designate a certain shipment as a “gift” so that you could avoid this mess. Nonetheless, just because someone ordered for the Kindle should mean the tablet should already be pre-populated with all his credentials and credit card details is a little eerie, don’t you think?
