Apple iPhone 5 pre-orders to begin on Sept 12?

Here's good news for all Apple iPhone fans! According to a new report, iPhone 5 would be released in late September but it will be available for pre-order from September 12.

According to technology website iMore, " iPhone 5 pre-orders are currently planned to begin that same day (Sep,
12), at least in the U.S. Release is still planned for 9 days later, on September 21, 2012…the second wave of iPhone launches, the ones in international markets, will begin in the first week of October, likely October 5."

Apple to shrink connector for iPhone 5

This would be slight change from Apple's launch policy as last year iPhone 4S was announced on Oct 4 last year but pre-order began only on Oct 7.

Apple's next iPhone to have thinner screen

Apple is yet to confirm any of these rumours and will most probably stay mum till the official announcement.
