Adobe Photoshop is a graphics editing program developed and published by Adobe Systems Incorporated.
The latest version of popular photo-editing software Photoshop Elements 11 adds brand new filters in the wake of the Instagram craze that has taken over the app world. Photoshop Elements is a mainstream and more affordable version of Adobe's popular software. Its latest iteration sports a
redesigned user interface, better object selection, geolocalization via Google Maps and brand new action scripts and exposure effects.

Brand new filters include "comic", "graphic novel" and "pen and ink." The filter trend started with popular smartphone app Instagram, which enabled regular people with no artistic background to enhance their pictures in a variety of ways.

Photoshop Elements 11 will be released at the same time as the updated version of Premiere Elements. They will be priced at $100 apiece, or $150 as a bundle. They are already available from Adobe's website and will hit retailers by the end of the month.
