Mortal Kombat is making its way to the PlayStation Vita and adds some nifty new features to 2011's fighting tour-de-force.
Using the Vita's built-in camera, kombatants can swap standard netherworld backdrops for a nearby road, library, skatepark or swanky office suite, the trailer
suggests.

Touchscreen fatalities, new Challenge Tower missions, motion based diversions and the PlayStation exclusive character Kratos all feature in the Vita version. Mortal Kombat's "spring 2012" release is thought to correspond to an April launch. Until then, fighting fans have Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 to tempt them.
