Wristbands that tracks how many steps a wearer takes and how well they sleep have become hugely popular with the celebs, who are sporting them more often.
Recently at New York Fashion Week at Lincoln Center, designer Charlotte Ronson paired her white cut-out dress with black strappy platforms, colorful bracelets and a black rubbery wristband.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Katy Perry and Britney Spears have been seen sporting the UP- a fitness band that tracks how many steps a wearer takes and how well they sleep, and the FuelBand has its own celeb following and fashionable endorsements, the New York Post reported.
The fitness bracelet craze was kicked by FuelBand when it was introduced early last year.
The bands, priced up to 150 dollars, offer a high-tech way to track your vital fitness stats - and share them with your social network.
