Producer-turned-actor Rajat Rawail, who entered the reality TV show Bigg Boss with tons of enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude feels relieved after his eviction. “Since the day I wished to meet my daughter Gehna on the wishing wall, I slipped into depression and just couldn’t bounce back. I couldn’t sleep at night, and all the time I was hallucinating about Gehna,” says Rawail, who has in the past co-produced films including Ready and No Problem, and had entered the show this year on Salman Khan’s insistence.
Rawail, who plans to get a health checkup done now that he is out of the house feels apologetic about letting his daughter and wife down. “They’ll be disappointed and I myself am surprised because this kind of a thing has never ever happened to me,” says Rawail aka Tsunami Singh of Bodyguard, who can’t thank his co-contestants — Arman Kohli, Shilpa Sakhlani and Tanisha Mukherji enough for giving him the much needed support in the house.
Ask him, who he felt was the most conniving contestant on the show aired on Colours, and he says, “ I don’t know about being conniving, but Andy is an idiot. He saw I was suffering, but still he kept shouting at me in the most insensitive manner. He did apologise later, but aur kya bolun, sab TRP ke liye kartein hain yeh log.”
Talking about the love birds Kushal and Gauhar, Rawail gets excited. “Oh! Kushal is completely smitten! I don’t know if Gauhar has anything for him but Kushal is in a forever romantic mode, singing songs and smiling and dancing all the time,” he says.
