Divyanka Tripathi's new fitness mantra

Divyanka Tripathi has got a new love. It isn’t a boyfriend, but her passion for Zumba. The actor, last seen in Mr And Mrs Sharma, recently began exercising on the trampoline and has been learning Zumba to keep herself fit. “A while ago, I had a slipped disc and it was really bad. I was immobile for a long time and recovery was tough. I couldn’t perform normal tasks like getting out of bed or sitting upright.” Once recovered, Divyanka decided to gain her core strength back and started callisthenics and Pilates. “I do that even now, but Zumba and trampoline is for fun. I practise once or twice a week as it’s a welcome change. When you are dancing, it doesn’t seem like a workout and burns
calories just the same.”
