Actress Katie Holmes is apparently planning to make her comeback on the small screen. The 34-year-old's decision to work on TV came after her Broadway play Dead Accounts closed early due to poor ticket sales, reports showbizspy.com. According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, the actress has told her representatives that she wants her own series based in New York, so that she can be close to her daughter Suri, who is enrolled in a private school in the city.
She's huddling with TV honchos and mulling several projects, including a detective show, said a source.
