After Ronit Roy, Varun Dhawan, Mika Singh and Harbhajan Singh, popular  TV actor Ram Kapoor is the latest celebrity to participate in the charity- based show, Mission Sapne.

The actor took on the role of a taxi driver to raise funds for Kiran Sharma, the wife of a taxi driver from Chandigarh. Kiran’s husband lost his life due to an accident, leaving her and their six-year-old daughter in a tough financial spot. In order to support Kiran, Ram will get behind the wheel and use his charm, wit and star power to raise money, which will then be multiplied and donated to the Sharma family.

Speaking about his stint on the show, Ram says, “As actors, our daily lives get so busy that we often forget to thank all the people whose daily contributions make our lives so much simpler. I’m glad to be part of a show that allows me to say thanks to them in a small way."

He adds, “Driving a taxi around Mumbai is quite a tough task and I hope that the money I have been able to raise for Kiran Sharma and her daughter will help make their lives better.”
