The demand was mainly driven by Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which took on lease 20.8 million square feet last year, up 58 per cent from 2022 level.
The three cities ranked in top 20 out of 46 cities analysed by real estate consultant Knight Frank India in its ‘Prime Global Cities Index’ for Q3 2023.
The international property consultancy firm also noted that the government should invest ₹2,800 crore on remodelling and expansion of SWD infrastructure.
