In its annual report, India Sotheby's International Realty (ISIR) said that 33 per cent of High-Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-worth Individuals (UHNIs) are willing to shell out more than ₹10 crore to obtain the right luxury property.
As per the data, Mumbai's Worli saw the highest rental growth of 18 per cent to ₹2.35 lakh per month from ₹2 lakh per month in 2020 for luxury homes of minimum 2,000 square feet area.
