Bollywood fans are in for a big treat: Amitabh Bachchan’s baritone and the soulful voice of Kailash Kher are coming together for the title track of an upcoming TV show Baba Kedar.

Bhajan singer Anup Jalota, Bollywood singers Shankar Mahadevan, Abhijeet, Kailash Kher, Shreya Ghoshal, Shaan, Arijit Singh, Sonu Nigam, actor Hema Malini and lyricist Prasoon Joshi have also lent their voices.

Baba Kedar, an initiative of the Uttarakhand state government, is a 12-part, 40 minutes-per-episode show that highlights the damage caused by the 2013 floods at the Kedarnath shrine and the state. It also talks about the relief efforts conducted by the state government during the devastating floods.

In the video, Uttrakhand chief minister Harish Rawat and Amitabh invite people to travel to Badrinath temple.
