Angad HasijaAngad Hasija aka Alekh from Sapna Babul ka Bidaai gets candid about his favourite judge on Star Plus' Zara Nachke Dikha, his best friend on the show and his upcoming performance with the Chaiyya Chaiyya girl.

What is your game plan to win Zara Nachke Dikha?
My game plan is to try and do something different, which the Massakali girls cannot even think of. I'm confident that with our hard work and determination we'll be able to beat them.

Which of your performances have you enjoyed the most?
My solo performance on Soniyo.

Which has been your most memorable incident on Zara Nachke Dikha?
When I gave a solo performance and Vaibhavi was almost in tears. She came on stage and hugged me. That was the most unforgettable moment of my life. I was very scared of Vaibhavi initially but this incident made me feel more at ease with her.

Have you made any friends on the show?
Absolutely! I've made friends with many people but I get along very well with Karan Kundra because both of us are from Punjab. So, we share a great Punjabi connection.

What is more fun - dance reality shows or TV soaps?
Definitely dance reality shows. It is fun to compete with so many people and make friends. Moreover, it has made me more confident and has helped me groom myself. It is an amazing platform and I am trying to make the most of it.

Who's your favourite judge on the show?
Shilpa Shetty, undoubtedly!

Your favourite Massakali girls?
Sanjeeda, Mukti and Rakhi Sawant.

We've heard that you will shake a leg with Malaika Arora Khan at the Star Parivar Awards.
Yes, I will be performing with Malaika Arora Khan along with Karan Mehra from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Jai Soni from Sasural Genda Phool and Arhaan Behll from Pratigya on the song Ranjha Ranjha from Raavan. "I was very nervous about performing with her. I needed to pull her and lift her in one of the steps and I was scared that I might hurt her. But she made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to our performance".
