According to the latest teaser aired with the closing credits of Sunday's Futurama crossover.According to the Hollywood Reporter, the closing credits rolled a headstone during Simpsorama which has given a hint that that recurring oddball Ralph Wiggum, the son of Police Chief Wiggum, with eyes for Lisa Simpson died in 2017.
Executive producer Al Jean asserted that it was not true and it was just a random joke and in a previous future show, they saw Wiggum as a police chief with multiple clones each being killed.
Meanwhile, The Simpsons' co-creator Sam Simon has decided to give away his million dollars wealth as he enters his final days after suffering from terminal colon cancer, it has been revealed.
Simon had earlier said in a interview that Cancer was a horrible disease and he was struggling with it, it was a journey, it was a fight, it was tough but, if one want publicity and one want to pick up girls, cancer was the greatest thing in the world, News.com.au reported.
The 59-year-old American producer has partnered with groups like People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), Save the Children and Feeding Families, and has donated tens of millions of dollars to worthy causes.
Simon's fortune is now being distributed to a collection of non-profit groups, including Australian based anti-whaling body the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, which named one of its ships after him in 2012.
Sam Simon co-created The Simpsons alongside Matt Groening and despite quitting the show in 1993, he continues to rake in millions in royalties.
