Another GEC joins Indian TV race

Channel called Me Home TV will reach out to the entire country by the end of the month, its shows plan to cover all genres of drama.

Yet another channel made its way into the category of General Entertainment Channels on Indian television. Me Home TV was launched earlier this month. It will air various shows ranging from family dramas to comedy shows, from action-oriented story lines to Reality TV. Some of the programs that will go on air include

Radha — the story of a Hindu Daughter of Muslim Father

;

Vansh Ek Sahara

— a tale of a wife who is ready to sacrifice her husband for her family;

Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi

— the story of four old men and their family problems;

Manjhi Naiya Doondhe Kinara

— story of a father mother and their children who live abroad.



The channel can be viewed in Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Calcutta as of now. By the end of the month, it will be telecast throughout the entire country.



Celebrities like Leslie Lewis, Monica Bedi, Bali Bramhbhat, Ritu Rakesh Nath, Jayaprada, Preeti Sapru, Jr Mehmood and Shakti Kapoor made an appearance at the launch.
