The weekend episode of Nach Baliye 5 will be entertaining for many reasons; but it may also be written off as a tearjerker. The episode will see Sargun Mehta, Shilpa Shetty and Ravi Dubey crying on-screen, all on the same day, one after the other.

A source tells us that it all began when Ravi and Sargun, who were asked to up their game last time, were once again at the receiving end of the jury’s criticism.

“This time, they did a fun, romantic act involving an old guy, a young girl and a trampoline. They chose to dance to ‘Second hand jawani’ from Cocktail (2012). The judges liked their dance, but felt that the song and the trampoline didn’t go well together. When Sajid (judge Sajid Khan) gave the duo six marks on 10, Sargun said she was shocked as she had worked hard despite having two other TV shows to shoot for.”

Sajid did not take this little outburst too well. “He told her not to complain or justify herself. He asked her to accept the feedback and ensure she did better next time. On hearing that, Sargun started to cry.” The lengthy conversation and explanations that ensued were too much for everyone. Ultimately Shilpa (Shetty) intervened. “She took Sargun’s side, telling Sajid that she was just explaining and not justifying what she did. Then Shilpa too got emotional and began crying,” says the source.

After everyone calmed down, it was Ravi’s turn to cry, as he turned to the camera, teary-eyed and urged the audience to vote for them.

First couple out
Though Deepshikha Nagpal and Keshav Arora got good marks for their act, they became the first couple to be eliminated from the show, due to a lack of votes. They were in the the danger zone with Kushal Tandon and his girlfriend Elena.
