What will make Bigg Boss’ Tuesday’s episode interesting is the contestants being stripped off all their essentials, including food and clothing.
Lock Down, the luxury budget task for this week, is introduced wherein Bigg Boss confiscates all the essentials of the contestants including their clothes and ornaments which they use in daily life.
All the essentials were kept in a container. The participants are divided into two teams — one lead by Mona and the other by Rohan. The contestants wake up with their bags, food and the essentials taken away and are asked to live like nomads with one piece of cloth each and a hearth to cook food from.
While Manveer, Manu, Gaurav, Nitibha and Omswami form team Mona, team Rohan comprises of Lopa, Lokesh, Karan, Rahul and Bani.
With the ringing of the gong, the captains along with one person from their team can get a maximum of four essentials at a time from their containers.
As the housemates gear up for the task, Om Swamiji gets into his own theatrics — he announces that he won’t take part in his team’s task and insists he needs extra food. While asking for extra food, Swamiji tells Manveer,” Kya aap chahte ho meri death ho jaye?”
Not happy with Monalisa being the captain of his team, Swamiji refuses to give up on his clothes and ornaments leading to a series of fights and discussions. ·Manveer and Mona request Bigg Boss to take Om Swami out of their team. The entire team tries to convince Swamiji that they would lose only because of him but he sticks to his decision and gets into an argument.
He also tells Bani that he was only doing this because he supports her team and would not let Mona’s team win. What adds to the fun is the jovial attitude with which Swamiji’s teammates deal the entire situation.
After coming to a consensus, the game starts with 12 points being added to each team’s kitty.
