TV actor Praneet Bhatt is the latest contestant to be eliminated from reality show Bigg Boss 8. Praneet, best known for playing the role of Shakuni in Mahabharat, has become the tenth participant to be ousted from the house.
"I am not sad. I survived for 13 weeks. It is a great feat for me. Being selected for the show was a very big deal for me. Bigg Boss is my gurukul. I have learnt a lot from the show. It has been a wonderful experience," Praneet said after his eviction.
Besides Praneet, other contestants nominated this week for eviction were Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna. TV actor Sukirti Kandpal, Deepishikha Nagpal, Serbian model Natasa Stankovic, Bollywood actor Minissha Lamba, Mr Gay India Sushant Divgikar, Arya Babbar and Nigaar Khan, Renee and Diandra have been previously evicted from the show.
Bhatt says he wants someone from the famous P3G gang- comprising Puneet Issar, Pritam Singh, Gautam Gulati besides him, to win the show.
"P3G happened in the early days of the show. We connected as we have the same thinking. We had the same opinion about certain issues. And we always tried to find very constructive solutions for problems. The group was named by people... we were just friends," Praneet said post his eviction.
"I would love to see someone from P3G to win the show. Probably Puneet ji or Pritam," he added.
When asked about the ongoing debate about Gautam's relationship with evicted contestant Diandra Soares, Praneet said, "Gautam and Di are both amazing human beings. I think it is their personal matter. It is better to ask them. I have no answers. I don't judge people usually."
Parneet said he wants to take a vacation before getting back to work.
"I want to go on a long vacation and then figure out what my next move will be. I am an actor so definitely I will look for such projects," he said.
Bigg Boss 8 is hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan and airs on Colors channel everyday.
