A new initiative called Lets Just Play by Nick will see the children’s channel go off air for half-an-hour every evening, starting October.
A new initiative called Lets Just Play by Nick will see the children’s channel go off air for half-an-hour every evening, starting October. From 5 pm to 5.30 pm, no content will be broadcast, in a bid to encourage children to spend more time on the playground.
Lets Just Play has come at a time when the popularity of video games and television among the younger audience has led to a decline in the much needed physical exercise.

Through this, they hope that children will use their time more constructively, and will take to sports and outdoor games as well.
