Criminal horror on TV

This show will scare you initially, but after a point you may start enjoying the company of the ghosts because the show is loaded with the typical eerie elements – a self-rocking chair, a TV that switches on by itself etc.

This show will scare you initially, but after a point you may start enjoying the company of the ghosts because the show is loaded with the typical eerie elements – a self-rocking chair, a TV that switches on by itself etc.

This is the story of Anahita, who learns to battle evil spirits after her close shave with them. She experiences them first hand and eventually helps others to combat them too. A husband, a mother in law and a bai accompany her.

The show has its moments where scary creatures or hearing gospel truths about ghosts give you goose bumps. But of course, at times you can predict what’s next. The time slot works beautifully. Even those who are into logical reasoning may suffer a couple of scares. The work in the acting and special effects department is satisfactory.

What we like
Time slot
Style of narration
Anita’s performance

We don’t like
Predictable elements of ghost stories. We could do with some experimenting.
