Crowning the best on TV

It was a star-studded gala, held to acknowledge and honour the best in television. The second edition of Annual Critics' Choice Television Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Hollywood, on Monday, saw shows such as Homeland and Community win big awards.

It was a star-studded gala, held to acknowledge and honour the best in television. The second edition of Annual Critics' Choice Television Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Hollywood, on Monday, saw shows such as Homeland and Community win big awards.

Celebrities who graced the event included actors Julianne Moore, Kevin Costner, Hayden Panettiere, Olivia Munn and Lucy Liu. Much-admired and critically claimed TV drama, Mad Men, didn’t win any award, except for the one bagged by actor Christina Hendricks, for playing Joan Holloway on the show.
