Do not forget to catch the coming episode of Indian Idol 4 because it would not be a usual one. The entertainment quotient will be heightened up by a celebrity guest and the guest in question is none other than the very beautiful Deepika Padukone. She will set the Indian Idol stage on fire by dancing and singing with the contestants. The comfort level of the audience and the contestants with Deepika was fabulous as she is very much down to earth and soft natured person.

The episode is also a sort of promotional activity for her forthcoming film Chandni Chowk To China. The long legged actress talked about her film and also shared her experience as how she was trained in martial arts for the last eight months. She even showed a self-defense trick to the girls. She walked up to the stage and showed them the ploy. On request, Deepika also crooned a song and the judges complemented her singing and went up to say that she is the next Indian Idol.

Deepika even learnt to speak Chinese for the film. Chandni Chowk To China is said to be inspired from Akshay Kumar’s life. The film is slated for 16th January 2009 release.
