Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has been transformed into an animated character for the latest episode of the superhit TV show The Simpsons.

The billionaire lent his voice and animated face to an episode which will also star Virgin boss Richard Branson and 'Microsoft' founder Bill Gates, reported E! Online.

The two appear on the show when Lisa Simpson visits an entrepreneur show. In comes Mark Zuckerberg, 26, who informs the school children at his Facebook stand that neither him, Bill Gates nor Richard Branson actually finished university.

He also pointed out that people who don't graduate from university make only three per cent less on the whole than people who do.

Meanwhile 'The Social Network' starring Justin Timberlake, which tells the story of the founding of the social networking website, took in $23 million and earned the number one spot at box offices.
