Five years of Sasural Simar Ka: Dipika gives party to cast and crew

TV actor Dipika Kakar threw a bash to celebrate the five-year anniversary of her hit serial.

Dipika Kakar’s TV show recently turned five. To mark the occasion, the actor threw a bash for the cast and crew of the show on Monday (April 25). Avika Gor, who isn’t part of the show anymore, was also present at the do.

The Saasural Simar Ka team celebrated the five-year anniversary of her hit serial.

A source close to Dipika says, “She took a few weeks to organise the party. On Monday, the show’s team started their schedule slightly early, so that they could reach the venue in time. Dipika even presented trophies to the entire team. They danced to Hindi songs. Many of them also shared anecdotes about the show.”

Manish Raisingha and Avika Gor , who play Sid and Roli in Saasural Simar Ka, had a gala time at the party.

When contacted, Dipika says, “The members of this show are like my family. I wanted to do this reunion to make our fifth anniversary special. I wanted to reunite the old and new cast members. Five years is a really long time to be on a show. We have seen good and bad times together. We have fought and laughed, but also survived all these years. That’s unusual in today’s cut-throat competitive world. It is because of this positivity and unity that we have come this far.”
