upcoming episode ‘Jai Hind’ takes viewers through the entire range of food for the armed forces.



“The rations in the forces vary from soldier-to-soldier depending on their requirement. A Para Commando consumes more than 8,000 calories a day — a challenging task even for people with a good appetite — and yet remains lean due to the huge amount of physical work he does,” says host Rocky Singh.



“The food for the artillery is prepared in a common kitchen and each gun crew carries a tiffin back to their gun where they then prepare their own ‘
