When will our watch end? Soon, it seems, but not soon enough. HBO is toying with the emotions of Game of Thrones fans and just not revealing the much anticipated trailer for season 6 of the hit fantasy drama. And to keep us just about satiated, the network released more than a dozen new posters on Wednesday.
The much loved TV series will return on April 26 on TV screens around the world and while it is still two months before we get addicted again, fans have been crying and begging for the trailer. Of course, HBO seems to be getting a kick out of it. Maybe that’s why they went so far as to release a teaser for a teaser for the trailer. Phew!
While the teaser was incredibly vague, showing faces of all the characters who have died so far, ending it with the faces of everyone alive. So evidently, a lot of fans were left confused as to what it means. And now, the new posters are also showing the same. Check them out:
