Looking at the way Hrithik delivered his dialogues flawlessely in Jodhaa Akbar, one would not be able to guess that he suffers from a speech defect.
The actor for the first time has made this confession on Farah Khan's talk show Tere Mere Beach Mein.
The actor still practices speech therapy every day for an hour to avoid stammering. The actor, who used to stutter from the age of six, still lives under the fear that he might begin stuttering again.
It was only after Hrithik decided to be an actor, that he started to work on improving his speech.
He said that he would repeat the alphabets A-Z in all the different forms. Recalling his practice sessions, he said that once he practiced for 36 hours so that he could tell his cook what he wanted to eat.
That's quite a confession!
