I kissed her twice and in everybody’s attendance. Rakhi loves media attention, and this could be planned, says Luv Khanna, participant on
Rakhi Ka Swayamwar.

What she did with me was a publicity gimmick and so is this. But as long as she’s kissing her man, it’s okay, says Mika Singh, singer.

She loves kissing controversies. Item girl and now reality show queen Rakhi Sawant does it again. After waxing eloquent about kissing-on-national-television-being-a-sin, she puckers up on-off fiancé Elesh Parujanwala on the new reality show, Pati, Patni aur Woh.

Soon after her engagement with Elesh, when we asked Rakhi if she would get intimate with her fiance, she replied, “No, I’m a Bharatiya nari. I wouldn’t make any sort of physical contact with anyone but my husband.”

While we wonder what ‘Jejus’ would say now, the ones bitten say they were expecting this all along. Singer Mika Singh, who owes half his ‘fame’ to the kiss with Sawant a few years ago, is least surprised. “I knew this would happen. She’ll do many more things in future,” he declares, adding: “What she did with me was a publicity gimmick and so is this. But as long as she’s kissing her man, it’s okay,” he says.

Ex-lover Abhishek Awasthi says, “Sabka apna jeene ka tareeka hai. I would want to stay away from it.” Delhi-based Luv Khanna, the Rakhi Ka Swayamvar participant who tried professing his love for Rakhi on the show, feels the kiss could be planned. “I kissed her twice — once on the cheek and another time on the forehead and that too in everyone’s attendance. But Rakhi loves being in the media glare, and this closeness with Elesh could well be planned,” he says.
