Diandra Soares from one of the most controversial couple in the Bigg Boss 8: Diandra-Gautam, may have been voted out of show. But that does not stop her from being the hottest topic on the reality TV. During the press conference that was held this weekend inside the Bigg Boss house, several questions concerned Diandra.
When asked if Diandra had to leave because of Gautam, the TV actor said, "I did not want her to go. But she shouldn't have lied about doctor's visit and all, I was hurt at that but it was portrayed in another manner. There was an attraction but that's it. "Baat hi nahi hui is baare me to kya confess kare aadmi? I care about her there is no point me trying to explain things to her right now. When we meet outside and then discuss, maybe then we have a better clarity."
Gulati also said he was scared to admit the relationship because he was worried about his mother's reaction. "She kissed me, I kissed her back. There is a lot of attraction but we never talked or discussed our relationship otherwise it would have been shown on the show. She is my friend... There is an understanding between us and when I leave from here, we will see what happens," Gautam said, adding that he missed Diandra.
Gautam also said, "It is true. I got scared. During the party people came and asked me about our relationship. They were terming me and Diandra as a couple. It really shook me. I was worried what my mother is thinking about all this."
Earlier, the show's host and Bollywood star Salman Khan had criticised Gautam for not taking a stand about his relationship with Diandra. Gautam said that there is a lot of attraction between him and Diandra, who was eliminated last week. Despite getting intimate on the show on several occasions, the Diya Aur Bati actor said they are just very good friends and the duo never really talked about taking the relationship to the next level.
Later, when Upen asked to justify his sudden turn of attitude, he said, "Logo ne bola mai entertaining nahi hun,. maine bola chalo mai bhi aapki tarah se game khelunga aur psychotic ho jaunga. I felt cornered."
"I am doing a big film by Shankar (Rs 85 crore budget, release in January), I have even filed the taxes for the payment I got for the movie," he added when asked if he had any financial problems.
Parts of the conference were aired on Sunday's episode of Bigg Boss 8.
