Busy with his TV show, Karan Patel has found a newfound passion. He has developed a liking for working out. The actor has been making time to push himself and exercise for an hour in the morning and in the evening too. No matter how busy his schedule is, he makes it a point to work out with his personal trainer.
Karan says, “It’s amazing to see the kind of energy I feel now. I have always been lean, and did not feel the need to workout as much. But I am glad this new burst of energy has now entered my life. I can’t imagine myself any other way as it feels good, looks good and I feel healthier, which is most important.”
The actor began training two months ago with weights and cardio. He is on a high-protein diet for a toned muscular look, and is thrilled with the results. His good friend and co-star Aly Goni motivated him to give gymming a try. “He made me realise what difference it would make. I can feel the difference already.”
