12/24 Karol Bagh show on Zee TV's prime slot raises the issue of molestation to create better awareness and to inspire protest against injustice

Producer Sudhir Sharma’s show 12/24 Karol Bagh, which airs in the prime time slot on Zee TV, is the only show made outside Mumbai. The show, that has a set in Delhi, recently raised the issue of molestation. In the show, the character Nakul Daggar, played by Manish Nawani, molests a character called Mili played by actress Hunar Hali to avenge her slapping him in public in the past.

Since the cases of molestations are on the rise everywhere, particularly in metros like Delhi and Mumbai, people are retaliating and coming out in the open to bring the culprit to the book without fear. The show raises this exact issue. The harsh realities of life are being depicted on-screen, which will surely not only add to awareness, but will also inspire people to rebel against injustice.

The buzz is that, to take this protest to a new level, a campaign is being launched where people will be asked if they would fight for justice or keep mum about the wrong doings of molesters.
