There is someone on Zee TV’s

Pavitra Rishta

who is not so happy on the sets of the show: Sushant Singh, the lead actor who plays Manav in the show.

Reason? The show, based on typical middle class Marathi families, all the characters are played by Maharashtrians, including the lead actors, Ankita Lokhande, Savita Prabhune, Usha Nadkarni and Priya Marathe.

The actors chatter away all day long in Marathi with each other and also with the crew members. Due to this, poor Sushant feels horribly left out as he can’t participate in their jokes and discussions. Sushant finds it nice to see everyone bonding well on the sets but doesn’t like it when they gang up against him and pull his leg in Marathi because he doesn’t know the language.

He feels left out because he doesn’t understand if his colleagues are poking fun at him or are all praises for him. He, apparently, has even asked them to speak in Hindi but no one listens to him.

He even staged a walkout the other day, but it didn’t seem to affect anyone. Sushant’s co-actors continue to tease him.
