Sonakshi Sinha’s birthday celebrations don’t seem to be ending. After she rang in her 30th birthday in Goa with friends, there was another round of celebrations—this time with Khan brothers, Salman and Sohail—on the sets of reality show Nach Baliye 8.

The actors, who recently visited the set of the dance reality show to promote their upcoming release, Tubelight, decided to surprise Sonakshi and ordered for a chocolate cake for her. The cast and crew also joined in to celebrate Sona’s birthday [June 2].

Salman’s sweet gesture obviously overwhelmed Sonakshi. “It was a pleasure to have my first on-screen baliye Salman on the sets of my TV show, Nach Baliye. Salman and Sohail are like family to me. So, it was sort of a mini reunion for us. Whenever Salman is around, the energy is always electrifying. By the end of the episode, I was overwhelmed to even cut my birthday cake with them and the entire cast and the crew of the show,” says Sonakshi, who is one of the judges on the show.

Sonakshi made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan in Dabangg (2010). She was paired opposite him again in Dabangg 2 (2013). On Nach Baliye, the two were also seen matching steps to their popular numbers.

Sonakshi and Salman perform on stage with Siddharth Jadhav and wife Trupti on Nach Baliye 8.

When one of the celebrity pairs, Siddharth Jadhav and his wife Trupti performed Kathakali on Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai from Sultan (2016), Salman reportedly was amused to see them improvise Indian classical dance form for the song. He decided to perform with them and soon, Sonakshi too joined in. The two also matched steps on item number Munni badnaam hui. The fun episode will be aired this weekend.
