Recently, there were rumours of Sonali Bendre being replaced by actor Riteish Deshmukh on India’s Got Talent (IGT). Now, officials confirm that Malaika Arora Khan will replace the actor in the fourth season of the reality TV competition.
Malaika has been part of TV shows as a judge in the past. On IGT, she will identify talent and help contestants package themselves better.
“I am honoured to be a part of the jury panel on India's Got Talent. I’ve judged many dance shows but skills go beyond dance. I’m looking forward to seeing all of them come together on one stage,” says Malaika, adding, “While it’s going to be tough to judge this, because of the plethora of talents showcased, it’s still going to be a lot of fun.”
As for the other judges, Kirron Kher who has been on the show since season one, will continue this season too.
Dharmendra, who was seen last season, might be replaced by another male actor or director. Tentatively, IGT will air after Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa 5 ends in September.
