While Hindi entertainment channels have a lot of competition to deal with, English channels in India, too, strive to bring the best in international content to the small screen here. We take a look at some of the exciting shows that will soon be aired on Indian TV.

Quantico (Season 2)

Priyanka Chopra is back with season 2 of her hit American TV show Quantico. Her character, Alex Parish, will be seen training at Farm, CIA’s mysterious training facility. This time, she will navigate the world of espionage. The thriller will see her dealing with a deadly conspiracy that threatens the world.

Empire (Season 3)

The second season of this show ended with a death and a wedding. Now, season 3 will intrigue the audience further, as the Lyon family reels from the tragedy that rocked their relationship and their empire. The show, which revolves around a music industry honcho, and how his family members want to control his empire, stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P Henson and Bryshere Y Gray, among others.

Man With A Plan

Friends star Matt LeBlanc is set to come back with a new sitcom. He will play a contractor, who becomes a stay-at-home dad after his wife returns to work. He learns that handling the kids every day and tackling their problems is not as easy as it seems.

How To Get Away With Murder (Season 3)

Season 2 of How To Get Away With Murder ended with yet another murder. This time, Wes Gibbin’s father was shot in front of him. Season 3 will dig deeper into the murder’s mystery. We will find out if Annalise Keating forgives Frank Delfino for his betrayal. The show stars Viola Davis and Alfred Enoch, among others.

Frequency

Inspired by the 2000 film by the same name, Frequency is about a 2016 New York City Police Department Detective Raimy Sullivan, who discovers that she can speak to her deceased father, Frank Sullivan, in 1996 via his old radio. She ends up saving his life, and that event changes her present in unexpected ways. The show stars Peyton List, Riley Smith and Jeffrey Corazzini, among others.

The Great Indoors

Community star Joel McHale plays Jack Gordon, a world-renowned adventurer, who gets the shock of his life when he returns from an exotic expedition. He finds out that his publication has gone digital. He now has to manage a team of millennials, who haven’t explored the world.
