Everyone from the mentors to the participating dancers on Zee TV’s Dance India Dance is talking about Salman Khan, who visited the sets at Mahalaxmi’s Famous Studios on Monday. The three mentors – Remo D’souza, Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapur didn’t leave a stone unturned to ensure that their guest left the venue speechless on watching the acts choreographed by them on songs from his films.
Known for his sense of humour, the actor, who was at the sets to promote his next, Veer, had the audience in splits with his wisecracks. He didn’t spare the mentors either. He pulled up Remo for not choreographing the kind of moves he does on the show.
Khan bonded with Mithun Chakraborthy. They sat together and joked throughout the shooting, both on and off camera. Mithunda also plays Khan’s father in Veer. The actors even brought up their funny moments while shooting for Veer.
Khan didn’t miss a chance to compliment Mithunda on his health and the way he has maintained himself throughout the years. According to Khan, Mithunda looks as if he’s just 27 years old. Khan even told the studio audience that Mithun was the self appointed chef on the sets of Veer. Eventually, another chef was rechristened as Mithun Chakraborthy so that Mithunda could resume shooting.
