Actor Mallika Sherawat will spice up the Delhi leg of Super Fight League (SFL) on May 6, in what will be her first public performance in the city. Raj Kundra, who has brought SFL, (a mixed martial arts league) to the country, says that his wife, actor Shilpa Shetty, chose Sherawat for the Delhi performance. The event will be held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium.
“Shilpa being a superb performer, takes it upon herself to choose who she believes is good Bollywood talent to perform for SFL. For SFL 1, we had Bipasha, SFL 2, we had Malaika and now the original item queen… she has chosen Mallika Sherawat. Mallika is fantastic and really connects with the Delhi crowd,” says Kundra, adding, “The entertainment show will run for 45 minutes.
Mallika’s act will be at least 10 minutes long. She will be performing all her latest hit tracks ... Jalebi Bai, Laila etc.”
Actor Zareen Khan and singer Anushka Manchanda will also perform at the event, and many celebs are expected to attend. “Shilpa can’t make it as she has been advised bed rest in the last stages of her pregnancy.
But there will be many of Sanjay Dutt’s Bollywood friends,” he says. The main fight of the evening would be between Bobby Lashley and James Thompson, both international martial art experts.
