Ankan Sen

Winner of: Just Dance

Age: 18

Winning the dance reality show Just Dance at the age of 18 is no small feat, and Kolkata based Ankan Sen, who is still trying to come in terms with the fact, knows it.

"The show has been such a wonderful experience. Even though I have won it, it still feels like a dream. To be able to shake a leg with my idol Hrithik Roshan was the most memorable part of my journey," says Sen, who has not taken any formal dance training.

Sen, who won a crore cash award and a Maruti Suzuki Swift, has all his plans in place as to how he wants to spend the prize money.

"I want to buy a laptop, and learn international dance forms, and become a choreographer. I want to be known as the best dancer ever."

But this journey has not been easy for him. "My parents didn’t favour my decision of choosing dance as my profession. But now they are proud of me, and support me completely," he says.

AmatAzmat Hussain

Winner of: Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs

Age: 10

With his innocent looks and singing prowess the ten-year-old Azmat Hussain, who won Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs, has won hearts of one and all. The little boy is now gearing up for celebrations. "Mujhe bahut achha lag raha hai. Maine kabhi socha nahi tha ki main jeetonga. I have to celebrate it in a big way (I'm feeling very good. I never thought I would win the show)," says the class 2 student of AL-Ameen Public School in Jaipur.

Ask if he ever was nervous singing on the stage and facing crowd, and Azmat, who lives in a 7x7 room along with his family of three brothers, three sisters and parents asserts, "I was never scared." Though it was actor Salman Khan, who offered to help him in completing his education when he came on the show, Azmat’s favourite is actor Shah Rukh Khan, who gave him the trophy and celebrated his victory taking him on his shoulder during the finale. "Mujhe sab actors se milkar mazza aaya par sabse zyada Shah Rukh se kyunki woh mere favourite hai (I loved meeting all the actors, but enjoyed meeting SRK the most as he's my favourite)."

The young boy, who wants to become a singer, says, "Mujhe bahut accha singer banna hai par mujhe padai par bhi poora dhyan dena hai. (I want to be a great singer, but I have to concentrate on my studies too) I’ll continue learning music."
