Bad boy and reality TV regular Rahul Mahajan wants a second wife. And his first wife says, “I don't give a damn”.
Rahul, son of late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, will be seen on TV in December in Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge, on NDTV Imagine, featuring 16 young women vying for the chance to be his wife.

He is looking for a wife, who, Rahul said, will “connect emotionally with him” and “someone who will stand by him.” Ex-wife Shweta Singh, a pilot, who divorced Mahajan within months of their high profile wedding in 2006 over allegations that he beat her, told HT City, “Yeah, I am aware he’s doing this show… I don’t know what to expect of him anymore… it’s his life… he can do whatever he wishes.”

Would she wish him luck, considering the couple maintain they are ‘still good friends’? Shweta, who is not planning to watch the show says, “This statement (‘still good friends’) is Rahul’s. I would not want to say anything to him.”
Will Rahul get any takers given a past that includes:

The infamous incident in 2006 in Delhi when he was found unconscious and his secretary Vivek Moitra found dead in the bathtub after a rave party.

Being romantically linked to inmates Payal Rohatgi and Monica Bedi in Bigg Boss season 2.

We asked young girls if they would want to take part in the show. DU student, Daisy Mehta says, “Why would I, or anyone else, want to marry him? He used to beat his wife.” Shobhita Singh, 22, says, “I’ll never marry someone who craves for attention, laughs like a pig and has messed up his life.”
