Renowned Egyptian actor Khaled Saleh died on Thursday, aged 50, after an open heart surgery in Aswan, a city in the south of Egypt. He breathed his last at the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation in Aswan.

The funeral will be held Friday after dawn prayers, Sameh ElSerity, first deputy of the Actors Union, said state-run MENA news agency.
Saleh was born in Cairo November 12, 1964. He was well-known for his roles in Yacoubian Building and Tito.
