India's minister of external affairs is reassuring Wisconsin Sikhs that his entire country feels their pain after the mass shooting at a suburban Milwaukee temple two months ago. SM Krishna; India's ambassador to the United States, Nirupama Rao; and Counsel General of India in Chicago
Dutta Toma visited the temple in Oak Creek on Thursday. Krishna addressed about 150 Sikhs in the temple's hall, telling them they have the sympathy of a billion people.

Page's motivations remain unclear. FBI spokesman Leonard Peace says an investigation remains active.
