British doctors say a Pakistani girl shot in the head by Taliban fanatics will undergo one final surgery to cover the hole left in her skull with a titanium plate. Dr. Dave Rosser of Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital says Malala Yousufzai will also be fitted with a cochlear implant to

Rosser said Wednesday that Malala has been monitored for hormonal changes, memory loss and other long-term effects of brain trauma but that doctors have so far seen none.
