Rain brings winter chill to Delhi
NATO says three international troops have been killed when an individual wearing an Afghan National Security Forces uniform shot them in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday.
Afghan General Mohammad Zahir Azimi, a Defense Ministry spokesman, confirmed the incident, saying the attack took place in Gardez, capital of eastern Paktia province. He says the ministry is investigating the attack.
In a statement NATO said officials from the international force are working with Afghan officials in the investigation. The NATO statement did not reveal the nationality of the slain service members.
